Frequently asked questions
- Which fields are supported?
- Standard AcroForm interactive fields: text boxes, checkboxes, radio buttons, and dropdowns. Signature fields are not filled.
- What if the PDF has no fields?
- If the document is just a picture of a blank with no interactive fields, use the 'PDF Editor' tool — it lets you place text anywhere on the page.
- Can I lock the filled data?
- Yes: after filling, run the file through 'Flatten PDF' — the fields get baked into the page and stop being editable.
