How it works

  1. 1Scan the odd pages, then flip the stack and scan the even ones.
  2. 2Upload two PDFs: odd pages first, even pages second.
  3. 3Download one document with pages in order: 1, 2, 3, 4…

Frequently asked questions

When is this needed?
When the scanner or MFP can't scan duplex: the stack is fed twice (fronts, then backs), producing two files that need to be woven together page by page.
Why is the second file 'reversed'?
If the stack was flipped as a whole after the first pass, the backs get scanned last-sheet-first. The default mode accounts for that; if you fed sheets one by one in order, pick 'As-is'.
What if the page counts differ?
Remaining pages of the longer file are appended at the end in order.
