How it works

- 2For PDF → EPUB check the title and author — they are pre-filled from the file properties.

Frequently asked questions
- Which direction does the tool convert?
- Both. The direction is detected automatically from the uploaded file: a PDF becomes an EPUB e-book, and an EPUB becomes an A4 PDF with its table of contents preserved.
- How does EPUB differ from FB2?
- Both are reflowable e-book formats. EPUB is the international standard supported by Apple Books, Google Play Books, and almost every reader; FB2 is popular mainly in the Russian-speaking web. When in doubt, pick EPUB.
- Are images and the cover kept?
- Yes: images are embedded into the book in reading order, and the first PDF page becomes the cover by default (it can be turned off).
- Can I convert a scan?
- No — a scan has no text layer. Run the OCR tool first, then convert the result.
